Timeshare Lawyers

Not all law firms are the same. Roberts Law Group has the experience and proven track record you only get from attorneys that have been specializing in timeshare law as long as our team.
Our experience has provided us the expertise to handle your timeshare closing. We have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in a proprietary, state of the art computer system that allows us to handle all transfers with professionalism and efficiency. Our system also allows the client to see the status of their transfer in real time, to provide real peace of mind. Should the transfer justify it, all closings will be performed through a related entity owned by a principle of the firm.

Timeshare Closing Process

What happens when a timeshare closing takes place?

Step 1 of 6
We are retained to properly facilitate the transfer and all applicable funds are placed in escrow.

Step 2
We research the property to determine if the title is clean and/or the property is ready for transfer.

Step 3
We perform “Estoppel” work to confirm the status of the current owners account including confirming the size of unit, type of unit, status and availability of the week.

Step 4
We prepare and submit the transfer documents to the parties for signature and notarization, if applicable.

Step 5
We record the deed, if deeded, submits the appropriate documents to the resort, and transmits the applicable funds to the appropriate parties.

Step 6
We confirm the resort records reflect the transfer.
